Q:Will I have to pay closing costs to sell my timeshare?

Q:What is the difference between “deeded timeshare” and “right-to-use timeshare?”
A:As with most all other real estate, a deeded timeshare property is ownership in real property.A right-to-use timeshare ownership is non-deeded and most likely leased for a specified period of time.Point-based ownerships can be deeded or non-deeded.
Q:What is a biannual timeshare ownership? A:This type of ownerships allows the owner to utilize their property every other year, unless it is a 2+ lock-out, which then most often allows them to utilize each year, but in a smaller unit than what they purchased.

The points allow the timeshare owners to vacation for a day, a weekend, or full weeks.Some even offer added benefits such as utilizing the points for airfare as well.Depending upon the resort you vacation at, when you take your vacation, size of the unit, etc., is determined by the number of points you have to utilize.Today, individual resort groups, developers, and even the exchange company, RCI offer point-based timeshare ownership.

A:The different colors represent different seasons and times of the year that a timeshare owner can utilize his or her timeshare.Red time is considered to be the most desirable since it permitsowners to vacation at their resort during its peak seasonal time; white/yellow time is the next best desirable, and blue/green time is the least desirable.
